Description: Our hearts and minds are always going to be drawn to something. For some of us it is our careers, some of us are drawn to sports, and some of us are drawn to being in relationships. However, Paul writes the church in Colosse and tells them that because you have given your lives to Christ, your old self is dead, so set your mind and heart on things above. He tells them that everything they do should be held up against the backdrop of eternity because a new heart brings a new life.
